NECK & NECKLACE SIZE
Keep normal breathing. Do not pull the string tight. Leave two fingers of space if you prefer a relaxed fit.
Place the string around the lower neck, close to the collarbone area.
Keep your head straight. Do not look down, tilt up, or tighten the string.
Use a pen to mark where the two ends meet.
Lay the string flat and measure from the starting end to the mark. Record the number in inches.
Adjust the string to where you want the necklace to fall, then mark and measure again.
WRIST & BANGLE SIZE
Bracelets, open cuffs, and closed bangles need different measurements. Closed bangles must pass over the widest part of your hand.
Usually this is slightly above the wrist bone.
Wrap the string around the wrist. It should touch the skin without squeezing.
Use a pen to mark the point where the string meets.
Lay the string flat and measure in inches.
Tuck your thumb in, bring your fingers together, and measure the widest part of your hand.
UPPER ARM SIZE
For arm cuffs, measure 2–3 positions. The upper arm can be wider near the shoulder and narrower near the elbow.
Decide where the arm cuff should sit on your upper arm.
Let your arm rest naturally. Do not flex, clench, or press your arm against your body.
Wrap the string around the middle of the intended wearing area without tightening.
Measure the lower part of the wearing range closer to the elbow.
Write down each number in inches and include the jewelry category when submitting your request.
RING SIZE
Ring size can change with temperature, swelling, salt intake, and time of day. Measure when your hands feel normal.
Measure the exact finger and position where you want to wear the ring.
The string should sit against the skin but still move naturally. Do not pull it tight.
Use a pen to mark where the string overlaps.
Lay the string flat and measure in inches. Repeat 2–3 times for accuracy.
If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, an open ring may feel more comfortable.
WAIST CHAIN SIZE
Waist chains can sit at the high waist, natural waist, near the navel, or on the hips. Do not choose by pants size only.
Decide where you want the waist chain to sit on your body.
Stand naturally. Do not suck in, push out, or tighten your waist.
Use a pen to mark where the string or paper strip meets.
Lay the strip flat and measure from the start to the mark. Record in inches.
Sit naturally. If it feels tight when seated, choose the size that feels comfortable sitting down.
ANKLET SIZE
Do not measure only the ankle bone. Anklets move while walking, so avoid a tight fit.
Decide whether the anklet will sit higher or lower around the ankle.
Stand or sit naturally. Do not point your toes or tighten your foot.
Use a pen to mark where the string meets.
Lay the string flat and measure in inches. Choose comfort over tightness.
